“ Every champion was once a contender that didn’t give up.”
On the 8th of February we had our Annual Sports Day, the preparation and practices for the same had began well in advance. All the four houses were trying their best to win the various competitions. The Chief guest for the day was our very own Karate Sir who had himself won a lot of competitions world wide and is a black belt holder . The programme began with the welcoming of the Chief guest, our Principal and our dedicated PT teachers. All of them were escorted to the stage by our student council and the school band . We started the day with a prayer , then our sports champions carried the torch around the ground announcing the sports meet open . There were a number of events such as the March past, flat races , telly games , drill display, field events , Parents race , etc . All the four houses were competing against each other for all the events, but there can be only one winner. After all the events, it was time for the announcement of the final scores . Our principal announced that , “ The winner for the annual sports meet 2025 is the Green house” , each and every one clapped and congratulated them . Our principal even congratulated the winner house and even the other 3 houses for all their hard work and dedication. Hence the day came to an end with excellent memories to cherish.
