Marathi Divas was celebrated in our school on 27th February with great enthusiasm. The day marks the birth anniversary of the famous Marathi poet V. V. Shirwadkar (Kusumagraj) and honors the Marathi language and culture.
The program began with a prayer servicr conducted by the teachers of our Marathi Department , highlighting the importance of the Marathi language. Students performed poetry recitations, speeches, and traditional folk dances showcasing the rich heritage of Maharashtra.
Teachers and students actively participated in the celebrations, making the event lively and educational. The program ended with a pledge to promote and respect our mother tongue, Marathi.
