On the 15th of August, all gathered in school to celebrate Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The programme began with the unfurling of the National Flag followed by the singing of the National Anthem. Parents, teachers, and students later gathered together for a cultural program which consisted of patriotic songs, speeches and dances.
The SSC toppers of our school were also felicitated on this day with certificates and scholarships.
The Principal addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of freedom and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. The celebration ended by singing the Vande Mataram in one voice to show our solidarity and pride in our nation. It was a memorable and inspiring occasion as everyone left the school campus with a patriotic zeal in their hearts.
