29th of August is celebrated as National sports day to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Hockey wizard Major Dhyan Chand. Students of our school conducted a prayer service during the morning assembly and participated in various sports activities like Tug of War to celebrate the day and highlight the importance of sports in our lives.
